Sold OutSo I got this to replace my old cheap cleaver and wow, the difference is insane. This thing is a beast for chopping through chicken bones and pork ribs, just goes right through. The edge it came with was super sharp out of the box, and it's held up for a couple months now with just a quick hone. For the price, you really can't beat it. It's my go-to knife for any heavy prep now.
It's an okay knife. Does what it's supposed to do. I guess I was expecting a bit more for a Japanese cleaver, it feels pretty standard. It's not bad, just not amazing.

I kinda wish it was maybe an 8 inch blade, just a little more length for bigger jobs, but that's just me being picky. For the money, it's a steal and I'd definitely recommend it.
