Sold OutI like it a lot. The steel is good quality. I gave it four stars because the finish, while cool looking, seems to show water spots easily. Just have to dry it right away. Cuts like a dream.
Ok so I got this to replace my old cheap cleaver and wow. The weight is perfect for getting through chicken bones, it just falls through. I used it on a pork shoulder and it didnt even flinch. The sheath is a nice touch, keeps it safe in the drawer. For the price, its a steal.
I've had more expensive cleavers that don't hold up as well. This one is solid. The steel seems good quality, no rust or anything after a few washes.
The hammered finish looks really cool. It's not just for show though, the knife is seriously sharp out of the box. Used it to portion a pork shoulder with zero issues.
It's an okay knife. Does the job. I guess I was expecting a bit more for the hype. It's fine for light butchering but feels a bit light for heavy bones. It's decent, not great.
Massive upgrade from the cheap cleaver I had from the grocery store. The balance is better and it just feels more controlled. Definitely my new favorite kitchen tool.
Came really well packaged, no damage at all. The knife itself is hefty and feels quality. Makes quick work of onions and carrots, not just meat.
Used it to break down a whole chicken in like 5 minutes. The serrated spine actually came in handy for scoring the skin. Really happy with this purchase.
Mixed feelings. The knife looks great and feels solid. I used it to portion a whole duck and it worked. But honestly, it's just okay. I think I expected it to feel more balanced? It's a little handle-heavy for my taste. It's not bad, just not my favorite.
Bought this for my husband who's a big BBQ guy. He absolutely loves it. The hammered finish looks really cool and the rosewood handle has a nice solid feel. He says it holds an edge way better than he expected and the curve on the blade makes trimming fat off brisket super easy. Came really well packaged too.
It's a decent knife. Does the job for breaking down chickens, but the handle is a bit blocky for my hand, takes some getting used to. The edge was sharp out of the box but I've had to hone it a few times already. For thirty five bucks it's fine, but I wasn't blown away.
I've never used a knife as sharp and comfortable as this one.
The knife was delivered promptly and well-packaged. It’s sharp and beautifully made.
This knife is a great addition to my kitchen. It’s versatile and handles a variety of tasks well, from slicing meat to chopping vegetables. The sharpness of the blade is impressive, but I did notice it dulls a bit quicker than I’d like, requiring more frequent sharpening. The handle is ergonomically designed and comfortable to hold, though it can get a bit slippery when wet. Despite these minor issues, it’s a well-made knife that’s both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
I’ve been using this knife for a few weeks, and it’s quickly become my favorite. It’s sharp, well-balanced, and a joy to use.
I couldn't be happier with this knife; it's fantastic.
I’m impressed with the quality and design of this knife; it’s sharp and easy to handle.
This knife is a masterpiece—sharp, durable, and beautiful.
This knife has made chopping and slicing so much easier.
I’m blown away by the precision of this knife
I couldn’t believe how fast my knife arrived. It’s sharp, sturdy, and well-crafted.
This knife is a solid performer. It’s sharp, well-made, and has a good weight to it, making it easy to control.
A nice knife with good balance and sharpness, though I noticed the blade dulls a bit faster than I hoped.
I'm thrilled with this knife; it's everything I wanted.
The best investment I've made for my kitchen; this knife is superb.
